Electra ultra-fast charging stations: direct connection to Chargemap

The Electra charging network is coming to France with the opening of its first ultra-fast charging station in Aubervilliers. Thanks to an ambitious expansion plan, the company aims to become an indispensable player in the fast charging sector. We are therefore very pleased to announce the direct connection between Chargemap and Electra. The aim is to facilitate access to fast charging by providing the best possible experience for EV users. And all this at the same prices as the charging network itself.

Simplified access to fast charging with the Chargemap Pass

Chargemap x Electra

Chargemap becomes a partner of Electra, the specialist in ultra-fast electric vehicle charging. Through this exclusive collaboration, Chargemap Pass holders can now register their electric vehicle via the Electra charging network load.

In your Chargemap app you can easily filter the map to see all Electra charging stations and recharge your EV with your Chargemap charging card there.

Advantageous charging rate with the Chargemap Pass

The direct connection with Electra not only expands the number of networks compatible with the Chargemap Pass, but also offers a significant advantage to the entire Chargemap community. With your Chargemap Pass enjoy a simple and fast charging experience at the same rate as on the grid, i.e. €0.44/kWh. There are no additional roaming charges when charging in the Electra network.

The Electra charging network: an innovative approach to fast charging

Electra wants to revolutionize fast charging by prioritizing the user experience. The goal is to provide EV drivers with a smooth and reliable experience. Everything is being done on site to ensure that users can charge their e-cars in a relaxed manner.

Electra Charging Stations

So far, an Electra charging zone in the Paris area. However, the network of ultra-fast charging stations has good development prospects. From the second quarter of 2022, Electra wants to pick up speed with the installation of two charging stations per month and close the year with one station per week. By 2030, the company is aiming for more than 1000 Electra charging stations.

"We are very pleased to be working with Electra, which shares our vision of providing the best charging experience for as many people as possible. We are convinced that Chargemap users will appreciate the quality of Electra's fast charging network and the low prices. The ambitious implementations planned for the next few months will make Electra a significant player in the charging infrastructure landscape." Yoann Nussbaumer, CEO Chargemap.

"We are very excited about this partnership, which will give Chargemap users access to ultra-fast charging in the heart of cities. We are also putting our technology and expertise at the service of a charging process that is available to everyone, providing a simple and reliable customer experience – all at a competitive price." Aurélien de Meaux, CEO Electra.

We don't know about you, but we're really looking forward to seeing the Electra charging network grow at lightning speed. ⚡️ In the meantime, we hope you'll have the opportunity to try Electra with Chargemap. All that remains for us to do is to wish 🔌 you lots of nice top-ups with your Chargemap Pass
